Wilmington Weather

In Wilmington NC, we experience almost year around "beach days." Wilmington stays pretty hot, with temperatures ranging from 70-90 degrees daily. This has helped contribute to dubbing Wilmington the "Beach Town." With clear sky's and a nice ocean breeze Wilmington's weather opens up many outdoor activities for people of all ages. Wilmington offers many parks, playgrounds, and of course beach activities that captures many tourists. For people looking to rock the tank top and shorts outfit, Wilmington is the place to go. 

Wilmington's winters are short to none. It stays warm up until the months of January/February. Last Christmas, Wilmatonians were able to wear shorts and a tank top, with almost 80 degree weather. WARNING, due to the lack of cold weather, when there is even a small chance of snow, Wilmington basically shuts down. Roads are blocked and cleared and schools are always cancelled. 

Wilmington's weather is what draws many people into moving to this charming town. Wilmington not only offers the escape of the beach, but also the small town vibe that many desire.
